🍑 Make sure you read and understand everything in this carrd before placing your order. DM/curiouscat if you have any confusion!

🍑 Order confirmation will be sent through DM. Please let us know if you don’t receive it.

🍑 Strictly NO cancellation after we place the order.

🍑 2nd payment must be paid asap to avoid any delay ♡ If you are unable to pay asap, please let us know.

🍑 We will update the GO’s status from time to time on TL & master list.

🍑 Once your item is posted, we will update your tracking number in the master list. (at pinned)

🍑 We are not responsible for any damages from the delivery courier.

🍑 We are not responsible for any scam from kseller service. However, we will do our best to get refund.

FAQs ᵕ̈

1)WHAT IS 2ND PAYMENT?
➳ Group order requires second payment. Second (2nd) payment is the payment for EMS (shipping fee from Korea to Malaysia) + local postage (from my house to your house). EMS will be divided equally among all buyers.

2)WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY THE 2ND PAYMENT?
➳ Second payment will be asked after we calculate and divide the EMS equally among the buyers after the order closes. We will notify buyers through DM.

3)HOW MUCH IS THE FEE FOR KR ADDRESS SHARING SERVICE?
➳ RM3 per user no matter how many items you purchase.

4)DO YOU ACCEPT ALBUMS FOR KR ADDRESS SHARING?
➳ For now, we only accept photocards/postcards/small and light items.

5)HOW MUCH IS THE LOCAL POSTAGE?
➳ RM6 for flexiprepaid. RM9 for J&T.
